Candied Pecan Prosciutto Kale, Swiss Chard, Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
Mixture of Kale, Swiss Chard, and Spinach, or any other greens you like
1/4 red bell pepper, sliced in thin strips
1/8 cup of candied pecans
1 sheet of prosciutto
Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola Cheese
Dressing:
Ingredients:
juice of one lemon
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp local honey
salt and pepper to taste
Make dressing:
Stir lemon juice,
olive oil, honey, salt and pepper together in a large bowl
